Any personal information that you give us at registration is kept in a secure environment and used only so that Community Fix or whichever local authority which is dealing with the incident that you reported can contact you. At the point of registration users are invited to register for free Community Fix email news updates; any emails which are sent to the subscriber base will come directly from Community Fix and never from a third party. We will never sell, rent or distribute your email address to anyone. Ever. We hate spam as much as you do!
How much does it cost?
Nothing at all, it's completely free to use Community Fix so tell everyone you know!
How are the problems solved?
Community Fix works directly with county councils, local police forces and local borough councils so that when a resident reports an incident it gets sent directly to the department responsible for fixing it. Once the report is logged they will deal with the incident in the same way as if a resident had called them directly. Once the incident has been 'fixed' the specific department can 'clear' the incident from Community Fix which sends the resident an email to inform them.
